Lynn Parker joined The Rosen Group in 2004. She is an experienced recruiter, who places contract and direct-hire employees for positions at all levels of Human Resources. She is skilled in confidential retained executive searches. Lynn prides herself on maintaining a sound relationship with the employees she has placed, and being a business partner to Rosen's clients. Prior to working with The Rosen Group, she was a Generalist at an insurance company, where she was first exposed to the benefits side of Human Resources.
Lynn holds a Certified Placement Consultant (CPC) certification from the National Association of Personnel Services, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Penjerdel Employee Benefits and Compensation Association.

In July 2007, Becky Lang Staffieri joined The Rosen Group to manage all of our marketing, advertising, direct mail, and public relations.
Becky has an M.A. in public relations from Syracuse University and a B.A. in communications from Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ. Before The Rosen Group, she was the Marketing & Sales Manager at the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance for five years. She is a member of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association and the American Marketing Association, Philadelphia Chapter.

Edwin Morris joined us in February 2010 and is responsible for The Rosen Group's accounting, payroll, employee benefits, and staff services.
Ed has an B.A. in accounting from Philadelphia University. Before The Rosen Group, he was the Controller for Lynco Construction Company in Marlton, NJ for seven years. He also worked a Controller of Economy Service and Sales Company in Philadelphia for 16 years.
