HR Best Practices: Profiles of winners of Human Resources Department of the Year Awards

The Delaware Valley Human Resources Department of the Year Awards was founded in 1998 by Scott Rosen, president of The Rosen Group. His belief was that HR professionals should receive recognition for what they do and the growth and change they produce within their organizations. He envisioned this program would raise the bar for HR professionals. Embarking on its 13th year, it continues to do just that - be a successful attribute in the HR industry.

Rosen sat down with a number of the winners of the HR Department of the Year Awards, the Awards for Excellence in specialized categories and CEO of the Year Award; as well as judges for the program. These interviews will be compiled and published in a book this fall. They will also be featured monthly in The Rosen Group Newsletter, highlighting best practices.

The Rosen Group is the premier corporate sponsor of the HR Department of the Year Awards. Find out more information about the Awards at HRAwards.org.
