Doug Fearon
Managing Director |
Doug Fearon is the managing director for The Rosen Group. Doug joined us in July 2007 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of The Rosen Group.
Doug has an MBA in Marketing from Rowan University and a B.A. in Management, concentration Human Resources, from Gettysburg College. Doug has been working in Human Resources for his entire career. His traditional HR experience ranges from Specialist to Management levels.
The majority of his career has been spent in the technical staffing industry with 3 large companies. His staffing experience includes the placement of a variety of technical disciplines, but his specialty is Scientific and Clinical Research staffing. He comes to The Rosen Group from a global staffing firm, where he was the Director of Clinical Research Staffing Operations for North America.

Becky Lang Staffieri joined us in July 2007 and is responsible for all of the marketing, advertising, direct mail, and public relations for The Rosen Group.
Becky has an M.A. in public relations from Syracuse University and a B.A. in communications from Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ. Before The Rosen Group, she was the Marketing & Sales Manager at the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance for five years. She is a member of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association.

Luanne Ramsey joined the sales team of The Rosen Group in February 2008. She is results driven, with a passion for commitment to exceeding customer’s expectations. Luanne comes to The Rosen Group with a unique background as both a staffing and human resources professional. She has nine years of experience in the global staffing industry--including experience as a Senior Recruiter, Staffing Manager, Branch Manager, and Business Development and Sales Manager. A seasoned HR Professional, Luanne has held leadership roles from Generalist, Employee Relations, and HR Manager to Business Partner for Global Medical, Pharmaceutical Organizations.

Jennifer Lile joined The Rosen Group as a Staffing Specialist in September 2007, and has over seven years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry. She came to The Rosen Group from a global staffing firm where she held various positions including: Recruiter, Staffing Manager a global biopharmaceutical company, Branch Manager, and as a District Manager, supporting all PA operations. Jennifer has a BS in Human Resource Management from Cabrini College.

LynnAshley Parker is an experience recruiter, who places contract and direct-hire employees for positions at all levels of Human Resources. She is the account manager for The Rosen Group’s largest total benefits outsourcing account and has placed over 75 employees in her time at The Rosen Group. She prides herself on maintaining a sound relationship with the employees she has placed. Prior to working with The Rosen Group, she was a generalist at an insurance company.
Lynn has an Associates’ degree in Travel and Tourism from Ashworth University and owns her own travel business where she recruiters her own staff.

Suzanne Ballay

Suzanne Ballay joined The Rosen Group in November 2006 and in April 2007 started in her new position as our Operations Specialist.
Suzanne has a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University. She comes to us with a background in the staffing industry. For over seven years Suzanne worked for Alliance Consulting in Philadelphia, an IT staffing firm, where she was the Office Manager. She is enjoying her new position and working with all of our contractors and clients.

Thomas Matthews joined the team in January 2008. Thomas is a CPA who has an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a BA in Political Science from Temple University. Thomas started his career at KPMG and for the last 25 years has worked in the staffing industry for two large companies.
