Benefits Available to The Rosen Group's Contractors The Rosen Group provides its contractors with the following benefits: Health Insurance (Aetna HMO or POS); Colonial Life Supplemental Insurance (Dental, Life, Disability, Accident, Cancer and Critical Illness); Great West 401K Plan; Mileage Reimbursement; and Holiday and Vacation Pay. All benefits are individually dependant on length of uninterrupted service with The Rosen Group. Various service awards are given at the discretion of The Rosen Group. In addition, The Rosen Group will pay $250.00 to any existing contractor who refers an applicant who accepts an assignment through The Rosen Group. The applicant must remain on the assignment for at least 30 days. Additional Corporate Discounts for Rosen employees and affiliates: Sears Commercial is offering discounted savings for all Rosen employees, associates and family members that are moving, building, or remodeling a home. This offer is completely separate from Sears Retail stores. General savings are anywhere from 10-35% off of retail pricing. Items available for the employee discount are major appliances, lawn mowers and riding mowers, gas grills, mattresses, exercise equipment and garage storage.
