Rosen Group Evaluations

Your honest comments on our service to you are a highly valued part of the process that enables us to maintain and improve upon the high standards of quality and service we strive to provide. This essential feedback is also used internally for performance evaluations and provides a basis for our merit bonus program.

During the course of a contract, clients typically receive one or two short Interim Contractor Evaluations requesting information on their contractor's performance and their overall experience with The Rosen Group, Inc. Since the company was established ten years ago, we have been pleased to maintain exceptional customer service results - an overall "Strong-Outstanding" rating.
