Situation:
Our firm is very focused on year-end performance evaluations of our benefits program.
This is a project that stretches our staff and we wanted some help with this year's
effort.
Challenge:
We don't have a huge Human Resources Department - one person manages everything.
This time of year is crunch time - we needed additional help to manage this project
and carry it through to the end of the benefit year.
Solutions:

and offered help and guidance with claim benefit issues, COBRA.
The Rosen Group was able to fi nd us someone within one or two
weeks.
A few years ago, we worked with The Rosen Group
and they were great. We requested the same person, but she was
not available this year so we went back to Rosen and they sent
us Tamara. And we're just as happy with her.
Tamara and Diana allowed me to focus on my job,
and not spend a lot of time answering HR questions.The Rosen Group
allows us to staff-up at year-end only, without having to pay a
full-time yearly salary.
We make the initial contact and reach
out to The Rosen Group and they handle everything. We can count
on them year after year. We have a small staff of 25 employees.
Our needs fluctuate on a cyclical basis at year-end and they
offer us the perfect solution.
Results:
We were able to finish out a smooth benefit calendar year, and

personnel focused on renewals and new enrollments, helping with all associated
paperwork. It just wouldn't have been done without their help.
