Situation:
We needed a person for a compensation analysis project. It was
a short-term project and it required a very specific skill set
that we didn’t have in house at the time. The project was
a very high priority and it required some tight turnaround.
Challenge:
Our organization has a very small HR staff. Since this project was additional
work for our HR team, we needed additional staff to support this critical
project. In addition, the nature of the project dictated that we needed a
person with very specific skills and a detailed compensation background.
Solutions:

It was very important for us to find
someone quickly and we need the staff to be up and running

for us.
