Company Name: GMAC Commercial Mortgage
Situation:
Our HR department was three decades behind the times. We were unable
to help our employees with the latest HR techniques, and we needed
to bring the entire HR management practice at the company current
with the latest thinking.
Challenge:
We needed HR professionals and we needed them very quickly. Specifically,
we didn’t have time to hire younger, less experienced people
and train them. We needed people who could hit the ground running
and really impact the redesign of our HR practice and the policies,
procedures, and processes required to support our employees.
Solutions:

permanent positions. This “temp to perm” option afforded
us the opportunity to thoroughly explore candidates before they

us.

while working on our project. The Rosen Group has developed a “pipeline” of
HR professionals, which they can draw on quickly and efficiently.

Results:
We were able to bring on board two very talented people full-time
and they quickly delivered qualitative results. Carl reorganized
the administration of our benefits and created a formula and
plan that resulted in a $3.5 million savings in
our corporate benefits program.
